Title: Demand Generation Manager – Payment Solutions

Location: Tampa, FL

Overview:

Our Client provides an integrated portfolio of omnichannel payment processing and business funding solutions for merchant organizations of all sizes. They are currently searching for a Demand Generation Manager to add to their Marketing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business team to uncover insights and strategies to develop and implement demand generation strategies for new and existing products, internally and externally
  • Identify revenue opportunities within established client base and managing consistent growth by securing new accounts
  • Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
  • Create an effective and efficient demand generation strategy focused on growing audiences for their products and services
  • Manage development and implementation of demand generation strategies
  • Attend meetings with product and sales teams to review pipeline, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions
  • Be the customer expert. Proactively seek to understand both B2B and B2C behavior and needs. Feed that knowledge into sales and product channels
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, making recommendations and plans to react to swings
  • Be an expert in competition and industry trends
  • Have a firm understanding of what products the Company offers, who the target customers will be, how the product will reach those customers, and the go-to market strategy around it

Requirements:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing, demand generation (corporate and/or product), preferably with a focus on digital client acquisition
  • Successful track record in marketing and demand generation roles
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Marketing Communications skills, outbound marketing activities
  • Experience with financial transaction processing, Software-as-a-Service, and/or lending
