Responsibilities:
- Contribute as a major stakeholder to plan, develop, organize, implement, direct, and evaluate the company’s sales & marketing functions and performance
- Lead the inside sales team to achieve the company’s monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Participate in the development of the company’s plans and programs as a strategic partner
- Provide input and leadership on the decision-making issues affecting the company
- Contribute as a line-of-business owner and have responsibility and accountability of the Profit & Loss statement for the Inside Sales department
- Enhance and/or develop, implement, and enforce company policies and procedures by way of systems that will improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the organization
- Develop training programs, call metrics, and management of sales personnel to attain personal and company goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a sales team in payment processing customer
- acquisition
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and use them
- Exceptional skill set for refining processes within the sales department
- Success at building rapport and relationships with sales team and business prospects
- Robust leadership, presentation, employee training skills
- A passion for growing an extraordinary sales department
- Vigorous desire for meeting deadlines and goals
- The ability to listen with the intent to understand versus the intent to simply reply
