Title: Sales Director – Payments
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Overview:
Our client, a full-service provider of payment solutions and support, is searching for a Sales Director to add to their sales leadership. Their solutions unlock the complicated world of payment processing with multiple bank sponsorships, the variety of best-in-class technology platforms, a wide-selection of hardware, on-site underwriting, and technical support experts.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve all assigned sales goals and meet all minimum standards for performance
- Identify new major opportunities for client / partner growth in the marketplace
- Prospect and develop new client relationships in assigned markets
- Develop professional proposals and deliver sales presentations
- Maintain a dynamic personal sales plan
- Develop a strong opportunity pipeline and track opportunity data with approved CRM
- Provide feedback to management and develop ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation
- Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and be a responsible representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentational skills; must be able to provide succinct, strategic, and actionable insights to senior executives
- Proven, successful track record and experience in Fintech B2B sales. Sales management experience is preferred
- Flexibility to travel up to 25%+ a year
- Success in introducing new, disruptive technologies to a market is preferred
- Strong sense of urgency and responsiveness to all levels of the organization
- Attention to detail in analyses, deliverables, and communications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Hands-on with ability to juggle multiple projects and multi-task
- Must be comfortable working in a fast moving, highly entrepreneurial, start-up environment
- Able to articulate clinical, technological, and operational aspects of product and service to a varied client audience
- Interest in Internet of Things, data analytics, fintech, and blockchain
