Title: Sales Enablement Partner

Location: Dallas, TX – Hybrid

Overview:

Our client, a leader in Chargeback solutions, is currently looking for a motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Enablement Partner. They are known for their expertise in the areas of risk management, chargeback and fraud prevention, and data analytics. 

The Sales Enablement Partner supports the company’s sales team with client communications, proposals, RFPs, and administrative duties. They will work closely with staff to produce proposals and respond to RFPs, prepare presentation documents, research industry trends, and gather client data and input it into database.

The Sales Enablement Partner duties include managing the coordination and administration associated with all tradeshow involvement. They will be responsible for coordinating all activity for attending shows and managing deadlines involving multiple internal departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather materials for sales presentations, including proposals, slide decks, and videos.
  • Prepare proposals and answer RFPs, responsible for managing deadlines for the project.
  • Demonstrated track record in successful project management, successfully handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Research market data to assist executives in presentation to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in other departments on all projects pertaining to Sales.
  • Ensure that all content and deliverables adhere to corporate branding and quality standards for every communication and event.
  • Provide executive communication support including profile development, employee communications, presentations, and meetings.
  • Assist with event planning, scheduling, and other administrative tasks as necessary. Setup meetings and lunches for the sales team.
  • Manage CRM data integrity and ensure data reconciliation between CRM and other systems.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-6 years of professional sales admin experience.
  • Must have superior writing capabilities and experience composing proposals.
  • 1-3 years sales support/customer service experience in a technical environment.
  • Must have experience in managing tradeshow participation and coordinating activity across various teams.
  • Experience with proposals, marketing, and sales. 
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products. Advanced level of Excel skills required.
  • Highly organized with an ability to handle multiple projects with varied timelines.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Professional curiosity and technical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
