Title: Strategic Solutions Executive

Overview:

Our client is searching for a Strategic Solutions Executive to be instrumental in driving the company’s solutions and Core banking line of business among community banks and credit unions through effective presentations.

They are looking for a strong presenter, who can demonstrate extensive knowledge of community banking. This individual will be responsible for core and solution demonstrations, assisting sales into new and existing prospects through the sales process. Individual should be a good storyteller and be able to relate to all c-levels of community banks and credit unions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver company Core and other Solutions demonstrations for prospects in partnership with the sales organization. Assist in product training for existing partners and sales staff. Take ownership of the solutions demos and make sure they are relevant to each prospects needs.
  • Own the overall presentation process and ensure demos and webinars are maintained and relevant
  • Maintenance and ongoing development of relevant solution demonstrations and power points for webinars to prospects
  • Assist in qualifying prospects’ needs and degree of interest in company solutions and services
  • Perform sales presentations through online and onsite meetings
  • Ensure needed resources and technical requirements are available for effective demonstrations
  • Assist sales team as needed with prospects to ensure solutions presented will meet the needs of each institution
  • Assist in RFP / RFI Management as needed
  • Ensure all sales support personnel assisting on a sale know as much about the prospective client as you do
  • Continue to work with sales VP and Operations to enhance the quality of the demo system and webinar presentation – take ownership

Requirements:

  • 5+ years Banking Experience required
  • 5+ years Solution Demonstration experience desired
  • 2+ years’ experience in client relations at c-levels
  • Strong presentation skills. Successful presentation and solutions experience
  • Must have technical background to perform online and in person presentations
  • Up to 75% Domestic Travel is required: flexibility
  • Financial technical software experience is desirable
  • Experience in credit unions is a plus
  • Knowledge of financial software preferably core, teller, digital, GL, loans, and deposits
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; detail oriented; interpersonal skills
  • Career driven team player who works together to gain a win
  • Proven multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • High energy with personal initiative and a strong sense of urgency
