Title: VP Sales – Enterprise
Location: Remote to U.S.
Overview:
Our Client, a leading fintech technology partner, is searching for a Vice President of Sales to join their leadership team. Their primary responsibility will be to establish new relationships, grow existing card brand relationships, and work alongside their natural markets to explore where the Company can provide services. Their value proposition is focused on helping companies in fintech and fintech adjacent companies with development services.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and close new business
- Leverage existing card brand relationships for new business
- Promote the Company’s services
- Procure, schedule, and conduct compelling sales calls (remote and onsite)
- Build and maintain pipeline of new business at established standards
- Work collaboratively with the Company’s internal marketing team to explore incoming leads
- Maintain accurate CRM system hygiene, including updating activities and account status
Requirements:
- 7+ years in sales, product, or IT related services
- Experience selling into large corporations preferred
- Firm understanding of payments and card brand network
- Demonstrated success and experience in the following areas:
- Generating trusting and leverageable relationships with C-level executives
- Creating plans to grow current accounts
- Segmenting, targeting, and actively penetrating financial institutions
- Delivering strategic, creative, and compelling presentations
- Hunting new opportunities and closing new revenue generating contracts
- Individual independence, self-motivation, and strong work ethic
- Disciplined and accountable to reliably achieve goals and forecasts
- Adaptability, creativity, a team orientation, and an entrepreneurial spirit
